These baseball performance assessments consistent of OnBase University hitting/pitching screens, strength/power testing specific to baseball, video analysis and K-Baseball 3-D swing analysis. This assessment process is designed to help you understand the connection between your body and swing/pitching mechanics to help identify the areas you need to prioritize in your program to take your game to new levels.
